1st 4 weeks of losing weight

27 june 2012 weight in : 84kg           25 july 2012 weight in : 70kg
 never thought that 4 kg makes such big difference...
 my arms looks significantly smaller :P really gotta snap it, see it to believe it @_@

 so....THE FIRST 4 WEEKS IS A SUCCESS!
 manage to drop 1kg per week ^^

on the month of nov, I'll be 69kg or less!!!!!!!!!!! XD
